House Rules.
Check-in time: from 3pm.
Check-out time: leave by 12pm.
Alcohol strictly NOT allowed.
Non-halal food (e.g NO pork, NO lard, NO bacon, etc) strictly NOT allowed.
Pet strictly NOT allowed.
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes inside of the house is strictly NOT allowed.
Quiet hours from 10pm to 5am. Any misbehaviours & actions which will disturb neighbourhood is strictly NOT allowed.
No shoes inside of the house (shoe rack is provided inside).
Commercial photography & filming allowed.

Booking.
Deposit of minimum RM100 to lock check-in & check-out date. Deposit is NON-refundable but change of date (one-time) is allowed. Guest will be provided with a booking details confirmation upon deposit payment.
Security deposit of RM300 is required upon check-in and it will be refunded if the condition of house is as provided before. Lost item will be charged with its actual price.
Guests are required to pay balance + security deposit latest by 24 hours before check-in time.
Availability.
For walk-in guest, please allow at least THREE (3) hours for house cleaning & preparation time before guest could check-in.
